I told the shipper the bike was running but it was so cold the day he came that the big displacement motor would not turn over fast enough to start. We had to jump start the beast and he patiently helped. He went way beyond what was agreed to and helped to get the bike going and get it to the best place to load. He did all this and moved the bike at a price that saved me over $300 dollars. My bike was shipped for $50 dollars over my target price and I made a great business contact.
