My shipment was handled as if I were taking care of it myself. I had boxes of wedding gifts sent from Ohio to South Carolina better than if I would have done it myself. Usually when you send a package by other shippers you worry until it arrives. I had two boxes of antique crystal included in my other items and they were handled like they belonged to my service provider.
