U-ship is a great service. I found a chair on a weekend trip to Bridgeport, CA which I wanted to get for my home. Unfortunately, my car was not large enough to carry back to LA and since Bridgeport did not have a Greyhound station, I was not sure if I could actually ourchase it from the antique store. Got home and accidentally found U-ship through an on-line auction site. After accessing this site and giving the particulars of the chair, I put out the shipment to bid and within 24 hours, I had two bids. I went with the cheaper of the two which also happened to have the greater number of positive feedbacks. Exchanged emails with the transport company and within a month, I had my chair. Would highly recommend and in fact, have since used them even to get estimates for items I have bid (but not won) on-line. In the latter case, one just has to indicate the auction ID listing and bingo! the bid you send out includes a picture and full description of the item. U-ship is a great service!!!
