We were happy to find someone who genuinely cared about the work they performed. It was a great experience overall. As a Uship member ourselves, we sometimes have the need for another service provider to help out with a load that we cannot service. In the past we have had to cancel on our customers due to the fact that we could not find someone who we thought would care for our custoerms items as we would.
