I was the eBay seller of a vintage 1976' Chris-Craft Lancer boat that was literally BRAND NEW with less than 5 hours on it. I setup the shipping for the buyer. After using Google trying to locate shipping companies that would haul the boat I sold, and getting quotes of $1500, I stumbled across uShip. (Which of course was in front of my face the whole time via eBay). I was on a time crunch to get the shipping organized and it took less than 48 hours to secure the shipping for the boat. The uShip service is great- the fact that it promotes small business by its very nature is very appealing to me as I'm a small business owner. I'd much rather have a personal experience when shipping an important item like this than deal with a large carrier. I saved about $600 using the uShip service over the best quotes I found using Google and calling other carriers. I'd most definitely use uShip again- its a brilliant- easy to use- support the little guy- get it done fast- service. We need more quality services like this.
