Our company builds custom golf carts and when it comes to shipping them, well it's not always easy. Our customer's vacation was starting on Friday night and was hoping to receive their cart by then. Scott was not only willing to deliver but made arrangements so that our customer would get their cart Friday night. Scott has a 9-5 Mon-Friday job and he was willing to work with us in expediting this shipment. Our customers were so happy that they nearly weeped. They called up and left a message on our machine saying how they loved their cart was and how nice the driver was. We could only wish that all of our U-ship experiences could run this smoothly.
