This is my first time to use U-Ship service. I buy cars at auction and have to get them to Memphis. This particular car was in Illinois, and I got a quote through U-Ship that was less than I had expected to pay. The auction delayed getting the car ready on time, and Craig Dawson was already on the way to pick it up. Fortunately he called the auction along the way and found out about the delay. He called me to inform me and said that he would just wait until it was ready to pick it up. He never complained to me about the delay and delivered the car in perfect condition one day after pick-up. It is a real pleasure to deal with people as nice and as dependable as him.
