I had a heavy appliance to ship from Northern to Southern California. The shipper made immediate contact through the U-ship system and advised that he was going to be near the pick-up area just a few hours after I posted my request. As I scurried to make pick-up arrangements he kept in close touch by phone so all would run smoothly. He coordinated everything at his end and made a punctual delivery to me in Southern California -- calling ahead of his arrival just as he had promised. It is hard to pay people to care and this shipper really does. It was as if I had a family member up at the pick-up end of things to look after my interests. He offered to combine my delivery with a run he was already making a few days later to help keep my costs down. This was my first U-ship experience and he certainly made me happy I found them online. I can't recommend him highly enough. If he's available -- USE HIM!!!
