Our daughter gave us a large HD TV and professional treadmill, which not only was too big for our van, but too heavy for us to handle by ourselves. We had difficulty with one shipper and U-Ship processed a refund immediately, after we cancelled the contract. The new shipper was prompt, courteous and reliable--I would use u-ship again.
