This is a great way to ship small amounts of furniture. My mother gave me two antique chairs that I needed to transport from Tennessee to Maryland. Other shippers wanted to crate and ship the chairs at an extravagant cost. Big shippers wouldn't take such a small load. I posted the chairs on the Uship website and had a very reasonable bid within a day. I felt comfortable with the shipper given the tremendous amount of positive feedback he had already received. The whole transaction was seamless and the chairs arrived on time and in great condition.
