I am a first time user of uShip and it started out being a nightmare. I live in Texas and needed my bike that I bought in California shipped to me. I accepted a bid from a TSP and received all his information to contact him directly. After 2 weeks of trying to contact him with no success, I then submitted a cancellation with uShip's support team and they helped me every step of the way. I received numerous emails from the support team guiding me through the process and the cancellation went through without a hitch and I received my full deposit back. They then helped me to find an honest and very professional TSP at a very affordable price and I received my bike earlier than schedule with no damage. I saved about $500 using uShip and I will definitely use them again in the future for all of my shipping needs. Just remember to be cautious when deciding on a TSP and definitely do your research on them before accepting any bids because the support team can not watch over every transaction taking place.
