The chairs had belonged to my great aunt. They were later treasured by my aunt who left them to me. They were an important part of my family heritage. The shipper was kind enough to wait for someone to arrive at the pickup point so he could get the chairs and was very patient with my multiple "worried" emails. Chairs arrived when promised in excellent condition. Happy ending!!
