This shipper always answered his phone to address any questions or concerns. The car was picked up and delivered without issue and in a very timely manner. I arranged the shipment for a coworker who has very little time. Considering i did this all out of sight as a 3rd party the effort to set it all up was extremely low. This web site is a great way to bring customers and delivery services together.
