I needed only a half dozen or so items from a storage locker on the other side of the country. Regular moving companies wanted a couple of thousand dollars. By listing the move with uShip and specifying that I was in no hurry, I was able to work with American Moving for about $500, instead. The company added my items to a truck that was already going to make this trip and had a little extra space. The entire process worked great, and the shipped items all arrived in perfect condition.
