Probably my worst experience with uShip. I had a boat shipped from NJ to FTW. The boat arrived with a missing seat. It was never resolved as to who was responsible. Either the seat was not there when picked up, or it blew out or was stolen enroute.
No one paid for the loss, not even papal whose warranty is worthless.
After venting, I have shipped a number of bikes and boats, all other experiences were positive.
