The boat was picked up in Florida on Saturday afternoon, and arrived in Tennessee on Sunday. The boat had some mechanical issues and Jeff was very helpful and patient, even though it was pouring rain. He launched the boat for me and helped me put it in the slip. Very helpful and friendly.
