I really appreciated the attention and care that my horse got on her journey to her new home. Because I was local to the shipper, Keith met with me and my mare ahead of time, it helped to have the get to know you time. He took great care of her on the road and phoned me every day with an update on their journey. Mare arrived a bit bewildered, but in great condition.
