We were shipping out car to Grand Junction, CO. We were vacationing and taking Amtrak to meet the car in Grand Junction. My concern was Amtrak would be late and cause an inconvenience to the shpper or snow would delay the shipment making the car late leaving our family stranded with the costly option of renting a car and motel until the car arrived. In fact our shipper exceeded our expectations by having the car ready and waiting for us at the Grand Junction train station 100 yards from where we de-trained. This was better service than a rental car!
