Our shipment was made up of two custom HVAC units going to a site in Nevada owned by a very particular individual of some celebrity status. It was important that these units arrive in perfect condition as this was our first sale to the building contractor in charge of the site.
All went well and all parties have had a positive experience. We have already contracted for another shipment with these people and imagine a long and mutually acceptable relationship with them.
