Mark picked up a gsx-r750 motor from a fellow racer's house in Spokane, and delivered to the shop I needed the motor to go to in Portland. He ran into some traffic and weather problems, but Mark was very good at communicating to me what was going on. He could not make it to the shop before closing, so instead of having me go out of my way to meet him he took extra time out of his busy schedule and delivered the motor first thing the next morning. I would say that he did have to do that, but he obviously has excellent customer service skills!
