We shipped Toby, our long time pet Apaloosa from Texas to Wyoming. I was a very nervous 1st time shipper and am so glad that I chose Rick and Cheryl. They were very friendly and supportive. Cheryl called at least twice a day to let me know Toby's location, condition, and progress along the route. Toby arrived looking great and happy. The whole experience turned out to be much harder on me sitting at home that for Toby, who made it through without a hitch.
