This was my first experience a) shipping my belongings by truck, b) using uShip and c) using any type of online bidding process (not even eBay!). So, I was a bit hesitant to make a commitment with a shipper, but really appreciated the prompt email responses to all of my many questions submitted by Andre at qballexpress. His emails seemed reliable, and when I finally made my bid and got to speak by phone I knew I had made a good decision. However, our pickup day was a bit rocky as Andre had mechanical issues with the rental truck he needed to use. While frustrating, he kept me updated and we eventually loaded everything quite well padded and protected. Then, magically, weeks later (well, not so magically because he responded to my phone requests about his cross-country location), he arrived with all of my things organized in a truck, another driver to help unload, and a "thank you" for working with him.
