I shipped a very valuable ATV in the dead of winter from Wisconsin to Oregon. I had concerns about being in a stranger's pickup truck. The quad was blanketed and tarped and secured in the back. I received a bid and I had questions about the method of shipping. It was within 5 minutes (it felt like it was that quick) and I had a call from Bill. He put me at ease and we closed the deal. He picked up the ATV from the delivery point and gave me up to date calls on his estimated arrival time. It was a fair price and he was very responsive to my questions and concerns.
