I was trying to get a large painting (52" X 57", acrylic on canvas)from Sachse, TX to Palm Harbor, FL. UPS wanted from $400 to $500 to ship via freight. It was too large for Greyhound and regular Postal Service to transport. I placed an ad on craigslist, and received a good number of responses but weren't within a reasonable cost. Then, someone took the time to send an email telling me about UShip. I placed my ad and began to accept bids. I accepted one at a very reasonable cost, a forth of what UPS quoted. I was so pleased with the cost, the Service Provider was so professional, met all my expectations,and the painting was delivered in excellent condition and within a reasonable time. ...And to think, I had almost given up!
