My sercice provider accepted paypal, so I did not discused this issue because who is involve knows how to works. My surpice was when I transfer money by paypal to service provider's e-mail. He did not continue with the shipment because he said that I got out money from my account but he did not get it yet, I called to paypal customer support and thay sent me e-mail with transaction # and statement that the money was all ready delivered to recipienist bank account. My service provider did no accepted and due this fact he was 3 days delay with delivery what cost me extra expenses becouse container was scheduled for 3 days early. So I recomend to anyone to verify with service provider if your made payment by paypal is consider as cash money with out delay. Roman K. zkrk04
