Anybody who has had a sentimental attachment to a vehicle or vessel can relate to the uncomfortable feeling of intrusting a total stranger with your prized possesion. As if a thirty-five hundred mile trek across country was not enough, precisely as the transfer was about to take place, I was called out of the country! While communication was still available, time zones, airports and flight times made frequent communication challenging. I was impressed by my shipper's professionalism and thankful for his genuine concern and committment to the task. My shipper did what he does for a living, and he made me feel comfortable in the process; that was a bonus. In the end, my prized possesion made it safely home ahead of schedule and without incident.
