This is my first time using Uship and I found the website confusing and hard to use. Not being able to contact the shipper by email or phone is a huge disadvantage. Not all questions can be answered in email and are not meant for the general public to see. I think the process needs a serious amount of revamping--even if it means uship has to trust the customer somewhat. I am an old man, and I've seen a lot of things in my life, but it's been a long time since I've seen so much greed in one place outside of the oil industry. I am extremely happy I found an honest shipper at a reasonable price. I had almost given up. Pete
