Once I was matched with a service provider who had 100% positive feedback, it was smooth sailing! I have one suggestion - Don't have a book-it-now price because you can't pick which service provider you get. The first one to bid at your named price gets the match. We got no where when we got matched to a service provider who only had 90% feedback. We had to cancel that match and wait more than 2 days to ask for bids. It really held up our shipment! When we got to pick which service provder's bid to accept, it was easy as pie! I would use u-ship again, but never book-it-now!
