He must have crossed the US 5 times in the last month, my shipment was in CO, I'm in NC, he not only picked up my stuff but called to make sure it was ok with me if he picked up a shipment in FL and delivered directly to my house instead of my business (I used my business addy to get better quotes) I actually prefered this and he was right on time. The original owner of my ATV said it was refreshing to find such a meticulous driver, he removed the snowplow in order to be able to secure it better, he used so many tie downs I feel if he'd had a collision my ATV wouldn't have moved an inch. All around the best experience I've ever had with a shipper. Already booked another shipment with him and he underquoted every other shipper.
