Before I decided to go with uShip and find someone to move the contents of my son's 9x10 storage unit, I had paid a down payment with another company that I found on-line ( not through uShip ). They were to meet me at the storage unit in Royal Oak, I had to travel 45 minutes to get there, I was there 1/2 hour early. The delivery time was between 12PM and 4PM. I waited 2 hours before I got a call from the truck driver: said he was stuck in Cincinnati and would not be able to make it. We set a new time for Sunday at 1PM. again I was there early. 4:15 no show, I called the truck driver, said he was on his way, had got delayed at weigh station. I asked him if he had room for my stuff, assured me he did. They finally show up at 5:15 (storage unit closed at 6:pm) they took one look inside my unit and said they did not have enough room. I saw their truck, they didn't even have room for my son's bike. When I contacted the owner of the co. he made it sound like it was my fault, said I had to much stuff. I told him I wanted a refund, that's when I went to uShip and found the AnsonFarmTransport. They were terrific!!! And to top it off, they were $300.00 cheaper!
