I had a great experience shipping my copiers back to the leasing company. For those of you who deal with such companies, you know that they send you a couple of 'recommended' shippers who are not very courteous, never pick up the phone, basically are not very professional. I submitted my information via uShip thanks to an article I read about them in the WSJ. I got numerous bids for a great price. Ending up selecting someone who was new to uShip with not a lot of references and was I glad I did! It was an outstanding service experience in a time where I think customer service has flown out the window (except perhaps at a Nordstrom) :).
