I bought a motorcycle off ebay listing in FLA and I was in VA. I was concerned about shipping it and the cost. I got several of the usual emails at what I thought were high prices. I decided to use uShip and post a price that I thought was fair. I95 transporter matched and we were in business. From the first phone call to the delivery, this firm was great; how might you ask. 1. Phone calls. Every time I called Jim, he answered the phone by the third ring, day,night,he was there with the information that I needed. He kept me abreast of the delivery schedule all along the way. 2. Customer service. My desire was a door to door pickup and he delivered in aces. He called the buyer and worked around their schedule for door pickup. He called me and worked around my schedule for a door delivery. It just can't get any better than that. My seller said," I just can't believe you have that kind of service anymore,,,,I95 will be my transporter of choice in the future when I give recommendations. 3. Fair price. The price was fair and reasonable for the service provided. 4. Care of motorcycle. Bike was transported in a covered van, protected from all elements, swathed in protective cloths, it was like a baby when it was delivered. No damage, no marks, no scuffs, perfect condition. period. It is rare to have a firm that is so focused on customer service and making that customer feel like they are the only one. I95 trasnporter is that kind of firm and I recommend them 100% without reservation. I know that if I ship my bike to Daytona or somewhere else to be at a rally, this is the firm that I am going to choose. Results say it all and this is a great company.
