I am so pleased with the service I received from UShip and the mover,John Higney. The service was great and the price was reasonable. The service was professional and easy to use. The only problem was obtaining insurance through the UShip Website. Information regarding how to apply for the insurance is vague and I was not able to apply for it through UShip. I still do not know how to do that in spite of contacting customer servicevia email. I was informed that I need to apply before I made my arrangements. None of this is explained. but my mover provided me with insurance so it was a great experience. I would definitely use USip for my future moves.
