My shipment was not delivered to my customer as promised. They had to drive 115 miles to pick up the shipment that started in Oklahoma and only made it to Sacramento. It was suppose to get to Corning, CA. We were promised a window and it was not delivered. I called my contact Jason and told him the problem and he didn't do anything about it. I had to refund my customer their $300.00 in good faith on my promise. Jason said he would try to get me a refund and didn't follow through. I could not recommend Uship to anyone. I would still appreciate a refund on shipping costs!!!!
