I wish I had known this service was available when I started the "fight" to get my Mom's scooter home. I bought a nice, red power scooter (wheelchair) for my Mom's birthday and then discovered the seller charged me for shipping but wanted me to pick it up! After several days of back and forth, I decided to start a search to get the darn thing back to SE Texas (from Ill) all while dealing with a family death, a family illness, a 50th Wedding Anniversary AND a birthday. Oh, wait..I forgot work, too! Jerry offered his help after seeing my post on U Ship and called me several times to reassure me and ease my mind. I was concerned that the chair was not worth all the effort (I mean, with my luck and the way the week was going I expected a pile of junk!) and Jerry even took time to give it a quick look to let me know it had been taken care of before he packed and delivered it. I've been singing U SHIP and Jerry's praises all week, made sure everyone knows there is now an answer out there for those special issues. I can't say thank you enough...
