This was the first time I have shipped something that required freight. At first I found the website extremely easy to used. After getting my first match I thought that everything was perfect. Well... the shipper didn't show at the place and I had no clue of what going on. Luckily the shipper reported he was not in buisiness anymore. I thought it would be a hazard to get my deposit back. That was not the case. Uship return everything and I was pleased the way they handle everything. On my second try everything went as expected but in this case I had to pay the person before receiving the merchandise. I didn't feel at ease doing this because I thought this person could disappear like the first one. Luckily everything went smooth. I am so happy about UShip. I didn't want pay too much for light trailer. Most companies wanted to charge $1100, thru Uship I paid half of that. Just happen that somebody was coming this way and saw this trailer as gas money.
