When Ron arrived at the pick up location the boat trailer axle was wider than would have been safe on the hauler. Ron ingeniously removed trailer wheels and went to Lowe's to buy casters which he installed thus making the load safe. This was time consuming and unexpected. He never complained and did not change the deal at all. He had a real "can do" approach. He was also very pleasant to deal with. This is a great site when you consider the new E-Commerce world we live in. Kudos!
