The movers came Thursday May 30 @ 7:00am. We discussed delivery for Saturday. Well I left for Houston on the 30th. I arrived in Houston on June 1st about 10:00am. I went straight to the apartment complex. Well the apartment complex told me they never received an signed application to do my criminal background check. So I signed the application and awaited results. I did not get an answer that day. On Saturday the 2nd I went to the apartment complex. They then told me that they had never received my 1st month rent and deposit that I had mailed even though one of the leasing consultants had signed for it. So at this point I was furious. There was another apartment complex down the street. So I said I wanted my money back and left and applied for them. I received an apartment an hour later but it would not be ready until Monday. I called Seth and explained to him what happened. He replied no problem he had a friend he could visit in Houston anyway and that he was going to stay for a couple of days anyway. So Monday morning they delivered my furniture at 8:00am with no hesitation. I felt so bad that they had to wait that I told them I would put the beds together and other things. I just want to say Thanks this was my first time ever coming to Houston and they made my move less stressful then it already was. Thanks Seth
