I had never heard of this service before but needed to re-unite with our loved family dog. I was leary of flying her through the airlines. Our provider was so competent with our protective German Shepherd, I was amazed! He assured us that one person who cared was better than a hundred who didn't. He was right. I would highly recommend our uship provider to deliver their family pet as he did ours. We were in touch regularly and felt at ease with every conversation. It was truly an answer to our prayers!
