Everything from start to finish went so smoothly. My husband was getting relocated with his job from Illinois to California. We had a our black lab, that is part of the family, that we had to ship. I called the airlines and I was having a hard time with them because they wanted to charge us way too much and I didn't want to go that route anyways because of the horror stories I have heard about how they treat animals. They kept very well informed and they took unbelievable care of her. This site was so easy to navigate through and very quick to let me know when I had a bid.
