Though this bed was not worth a lot monitarily, it had great sentimental value to my husband & myself. There was no way we could get this home ourselves, & our daughter was moving to a new place April 30th. I had contacted many moving companies & their prices were higher than the bed's worth. Not only that, we had to pack it up & put it in a pallet. I am not a mover & had no idea how to 'pallet' a bed up. We had almost decided to sell the bed in Arizona, something my husband did not want to do, when I stumbled across Uship.com. I received three bids, & they all wanted the same thing, 'you pallet it up'. I was ready to give up when Gaetano Sprague came through with a bid. He is in the business of delivering motorcycles, but said he'd do this job. And, I didn't have to pack, pallet or anything else! The movers notified my daughter of their arrival time(they worked around her availability), were very professional, took the bed & off they went. There were a couple delays in the arrival date in NH, but that was fine with us as we had allowed for plenty of time to get it here. Payment was COD & the bed arrived safely, in the same shape as when it left Arizona. And, the shipment fee was reasonable & affordable. I would recommend them to anyone.
