I contacted Mike and Beth throughout uship, since the first communication they were extremely professionals and polite, They drove to Chicago to pick up my bike, in a few minutes mike secured my bike in his trailer and even offered to bring a couple of new tires I was going to bring on the plane. (made my travel much easier).
Communicated with me often, to let me know when they were going to arrive at the destination.
Showed up on time as promised.
I'm very happy I found this couple.
