We are wholesale distributors of large, heavy, expensive, automatic generators that sometimes require special trailers.  Found a pro who was familiar with our type of product, had the right equipment, educated us in the finer points of loading and unloading it, communicated really well, was flexible despite factory and recipient delays, and caused our end-user customer to say, "Excellent driver.  It's a pleasure to do business with you."  And the price was right, under what the majors were quoting even with our discount.  Could not have been a better experience.
