I was shipping a 1 BR apartment from New York to Cincinnati in February. Despite the cold and nasty weather, Bob from EliteKennel was able to get everything loaded up and delivered on time. We had the added challenge of getting everything up the narrow 5th floor walk up in my pre-war building in Manhattan. Bob and his helper were troopers and carried a queen bed, 2 dressers, and several other heavy items up the stairs. Despite being caught in a snow storm in West Virginia, Bob was able to deliver my items on time! I am so greatful for all of his help!
