We didn't really know what to expect when we contracted with Jeff and Ann Tillman to ship our shuttle bus. Turns out, there was no reason to worry. Jeff was punctual at pickup, communicated during the trip, and arrived earlier than scheduled. Our vehicle was in perfect condition when it arrived. Jeff reattached our mirrors and make sure they were perfect. The dealer failed to send us the keys to the doors leading to the hydraulic lift. Jeff would not leave until he found a way to get the doors open. He actually made sure that everything worked and gave us some advice on how to fix a few minor things. He was completely professional and exceeded our wildest expectations. If you need to ship an item, you will be making a mistake if you do not contact Jeff and Ann Tillman. We are not related!
