I tried uShip for the first time to ship a motorcycle from Virginia to Michigan. The first service provider I hired cancelled the day after he should have picked up the bike because of engine troubles. I had pre-paid the balance of the shipment, and I'm still out $366.82. uShip and Paypal are assisting me in getting my money back. I relisted the bike and hired a second service provider. He was excellent in comunication, on time, and took care of the bike. I'll be really happy with uShip if and when I get a reimbursement from the first guy.
