Richard picked up our newly purchased piano from an eBay seller in Illinois during a snow storm! He drove slowly, made further stops up to Michigan (in the snow also!!) and made it back in time for the scheduled drop off time. Our piano arrived just in time for Chrismas carols with our kids!
