Very satisfied. I have used U SHIP 3 times & continue to be extremely satisfied with service. Cost is low, door to door service, self reliant providers...NO telephone tag or going thru a lengthy menu of phone option menues & waiting to long to finally get to talk to a service person so common when dealing with large corporations...
