Ken took over for another shipper that I used and didn't show up. So I had one unfriendly customer. Ken and I exchanged many emails and various phone calls. Somehow he got my customer to fulfill his contract. I know he got a lot of guff from my customer and he didn't say a thing about the problems he encountered.
