He gave us a lot of recommendations ahead, made the final arrangements with the seller, made sure all the paperwork was in place, gave us 1 or 2 updates per day even when he was on the road, took the time to give us his comments on our new motorhome based on his experience and his driving of the motorhome accross the country, even gave a discount because it did not cost as much in gas as he originally estimated.
